Succulent teriyaki-glazed salmon fillets served with steamed broccoli for a quick and flavorful main course.

Ingredients:
  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced ginger, and sesame oil.

  4. Brush the salmon fillets with the teriyaki mixture.

  5. Arrange broccoli around the salmon.

  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
