EASY

A fragrant and flavorful rosemary-infused focaccia, perfect for dipping or as a side to your favorite dishes.

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups bread flour

  • 1 packet active dry yeast

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • Fresh rosemary for topping

Instructions
  1. Combine flour, yeast, warm water, olive oil, sugar, and salt.

  2. Knead until smooth, let rise until doubled.

  3. Press into a baking pan, let rise again, and top with fresh rosemary.

  4. Bake until golden brown.
