Raspberry Chocolate Tart

A decadent chocolate tart with a silky raspberry ganache, topped with fresh raspberries.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup fresh raspberries
Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it just begins to boil. Remove from heat and pour over chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, top the tart with fresh raspberries and garnish with mint leaves.
