Overnight Oats with Berries

A nutritious and convenient breakfast made by soaking oats in your favorite milk and topping with fresh berries.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
A handful of nuts for crunch (optional)
Instructions
In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, mixed berries, chia seeds, and honey.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, give it a good stir, add more milk if needed, and top with nuts for crunch.
