Instant Pot Lentil Soup

EASY
A hearty and nutritious lentil soup made effortlessly in the Instant Pot.
Ingredients:
1 cup dry brown lentils (rinsed)
1 onion (diced)
2 carrots (diced)
2 celery stalks (diced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
6 cups vegetable broth
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In the Instant Pot, combine lentils, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Close the lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Allow a natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Adjust seasoning if needed, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
