Instant Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

A comforting and flavorful chicken tortilla soup made effortlessly in the Instant Pot.
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion (diced)
2 bell peppers (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 cup frozen corn
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
4 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla strips, avocado, and lime wedges for topping
Instructions
Place chicken breasts, diced onion, diced bell peppers, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, black beans, frozen corn, chili powder, cumin, chicken broth, salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Allow a natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Shred the chicken using two forks and stir the soup.
Serve with tortilla strips, avocado slices, and lime wedges.
