Greek Chicken Salad

A vibrant and protein-packed salad with grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese.
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 cucumber (diced)
1/2 cup Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced)
1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Grill until fully cooked.
In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and red onion.
Slice grilled chicken and place on top of the salad.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Toss gently and serve.
