EASY

A delightful and nutritious overnight oats recipe with the sweetness of blueberries and the crunch of almonds.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

  • A dash of cinnamon

Instructions
  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, almond milk, blueberries, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon.

  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, give it a good stir, add more almond milk if needed, and top with sliced almonds.
