A delightful and nutritious overnight oats recipe with ripe bananas, crunchy nuts, and a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)

  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, chopped nuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, give it a good stir, add more milk if needed, and enjoy your banana nut goodness.
