Banana Nut Overnight Oats

A delightful and nutritious overnight oats recipe with ripe bananas, crunchy nuts, and a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 ripe banana (mashed)
2 tablespoons chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Instructions
In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, chopped nuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, give it a good stir, add more milk if needed, and enjoy your banana nut goodness.
